Anupama Saini, debater, trekker, backpacker, poet, blogger and an aspiring librarian!
I believe that there are three things that make our lives beautiful – TRAVELLING, BOOKS and MUSIC. With time, they became my obsession. Indian Ghumakkad is all about travels, books and music! So if you are someone who finds solace in either of them, hold on for some interesting stuff!
I didn’t just choose to travel, I was bestowed with a gypsy life by the virtue of being the daughter of an Air Warrior! In the past 22 years, I have been to all the four corners of our nation, lived in more than 7 cities and befriended numerous awesome souls. For the last 4 years, Delhi has been home to me.
I completed my B.Com (Hons) from Janki Devi Memorial College, University of Delhi. I landed in my first job as soon as I was done with my graduation as an assurance associate at Ernst & Young. So, I had a real job at the age of 21 at one of the “Big Four” audit firms. I worked there for a year but as it turned out, playing with numbers on spreadsheets wasn’t something that I wanted to do for the rest of my life!
Presently, I am taking my love for books to the next level by pursuing a degree in librarianship from University of Delhi.
